(with registered office at Paseo de Gracia, 77, 1^st floor, 08008 Barcelona, with phone no.+34 931 258 617 and e-mail address dpo@uniqresidential. com) processes the personal data collected or generated as a result of the access, use and browsing of the users of this website (the “Website”), as well as the control of the Website, in its capacity as the controller of the processing in accordance with the applicable regulations and, in particular, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the Parliament and of the Council, of 27 of April of 2016, on the protection of the natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the Basic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the protection of personal data and guarantees of digital rights or any others that may replace or modify them in the future.

In general terms, by the mere fact of visiting and browsing the Website, no data are automatically recorded that would allow users to be identified by his/her name (“Users” or, individually, a “User”).

Without prejudice to the above, in order to access certain information or to use certain contents or services on the Website (e.g., to register and access the customer area or to use the contact form available to the User), UNIQ RESIDENTIAL, S.L. may require certain personal data from Users -which may include, mainly, name, surname(s), telephone number and e-mail address. In the event that not all the necessary data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully tailored to their needs. The User guarantees that the personal data provided is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof. Their data will be processed with the utmost confidentiality in order to manage the requests for information, content or services expressly requested by the Users or with their consent.
